If you are reading this article then you are probably trying to figure out the dissimilarity in the middle of a stroller and pram. Or you might be wondering which to buy and and how to use each of them. The truth is a lot of the good strollers out there these days are positively both, or can be made into both.
This is great news because the both have their advantages. Strollers exist primarily to let us tote around our children before they can walk without having to strap them to our body's with a sling or what have you. Now, there is whole raft of citizen out there that will tell you you must carry your child in a sling or they will be forever physiologically and psychologically impaired. Personally, I could never get the things to work, neither me or my wife. I'm not sure why, but I think one of the reasons is our kids positively hated the things. Maybe they work great in the heat of the desert but our kids would have nothing to do with them.

So a stroller it is. Or maybe a pram? A pram is essentially a wheeled buggy that a baby can lay down in while you walk around pushing the thing. In the old days, they were a high wheeled unit with a spring suspension that could bump over pretty much anything. Unfortunately, there were also rather prone to tipping due to the high town of gravity.
But there is a contemporary day twist on the idea, like most things, and it has been significantly improved. First off, most contemporary day prams positively are both strollers and prams. It only makes sense positively when you think about it. A pram is great for about the first 4 to 6 months of your baby's life. It's good think a car seat because your child can move around. And commonly they are less hassle then an upright stroller seat that your newborn will slump over in, maybe causing oxygen deprivation.
The nice thing about the contemporary units is that they change so positively into a stroller. When my kids were around 4 months, they no longer wanted to lay down, they wanted to be up and looking around the world like everybody else. Some kids don't hit this stage until about 6 months, your mileage may vary. But the great thing is you can cover both nicely with a particular stroller. Not many fellowships store a stroller these days as a stroller and pram, but it's the ideal option for all stages of your baby's life.
